This ARC 6591 Crankshaft 7/8″ Journal .563 Stroke does not have cam clearance ground in it. The crankshaft can be used in a broad range of motors, from small 8.90 motors all the way up to big 7.90 motors. .563 (3.000″) Stroke gives you that torque off the line you are looking for.
